FAQ

Who chooses the Home Inspector?

"You, the buyer, should choose the inspector based on his experience and reputation. An agent may be biased towards an inspector who rarely finds defects that could affect the sale of the home. The agent gets paid only when the home sells and an inspector with a "lazy eye" guarantees an easy sale. We rely on word of mouth advertising and our reputation as the most thorough inspection company in all of Indiana for referrals. We do not work for real estate agents nor do we ask them to refer our services. ”
