Meet the Leadership
Damon Barnett
A graduate of Purdue University with a B.S. in mechanical engineering, along with a Master’s in Business Administration, Damon has over 20 years of experience in the home inspection industry. He also specializes in building science, construction and energy consulting, forensic building investigation, and energy-efficient construction projects for homes and apartment complexes.
Debby Barnett
As the company’s president and office manager, Debby co-founded the business and oversees daily operations, including scheduling appointments and ensuring smooth office management.
Dwight Barnett
C. Dwight Barnett, the founder of the company, dedicated his life to the home building and remodeling industry. Dwight implemented the Master Inspector Program for the Chapter members as well as the Inspector by Review program to promote education and excellence within the inspection industry. Dwight wrote a weekly question-and-answer column on "home maintenance" for Scripps News Service (www.courierpress.com./news/lifestyles/columnists/c-dwight-barnett/ ) for 30 years which was sent to over 380 newspapers throughout the U.S. and Canada. Dwight was the first full-time home inspector in southern Indiana, a licensed home inspector (HI 00500231) and a licensed Wood Destroying Insect (WDI) inspector. His passing marks the loss of a dedicated professional who left a lasting impact on the industry.
